Red-crowned Crane

A roar was heard as a motorcycle sped by on the Albequerque freeway heading West. It was a red motorcycle with a red motorcyclist riding it. The motorcycle must have been going 174 miles per hour and accelerated so fast the police couldn’t keep up.

The motorcyclist was carrying a package. In 2017, the FBI raided a textile factory in southern Albequerque that was believed to be a node in a nationwide drug trafficking network. The FBI found barrels with precursor chemicals. Migrant workers who worked a the meth lab told the FBI that there was a recipe for a drug called “Dragon’s Kiss” that was believed to grant the user supernatural powers.

“Dragon’s Kiss” was a new party drug that was about to hit the scene starting in San Diego. And numerous pilots had been run in cities on the West Coast and the East coast. Secret ingredient? Nitrite imported from Thailand blessed by Buddhist monks, so people believe.
